Dosage: The administration is perferably done in the morning. It is recommended to be eaten for 1 up to 3 months. If you want to continue eating it, you should stop for 1 month and start again after. Adults: 1 tablespoon per day. Minors: 1 scant teaspoon per day. Athletes: 2 tablespoons total per day. 1 tablespoon in the morning, 1 tablespoon at morning and 1 tablespoon after exercise.
Pollen is stored in the freezer to keep it fresh and to retain its beneficial properties. Free of preservatives.
